La aerolínea berlinesa Germania añade a sus rutas desde Berlín-Schönefeld el norte de Rovaniemi, Finlandia. El destino se ofrecerá dos veces por semana, los miércoles y domingos. El tiempo de vuelo es de dos horas y cuarenta minutos. La ruta es cubierta por un Boeing 737-700.
Este invierno Germania ofrece ahora seis destinos desde Schönefeld: Beirut, Hurghada, Rovaniemi, Tenerife, Teherán y Paphos. Otros destinos seguirán. En mayo de 2017 se añadirá la isla griega de Kos al programa de vuelos. Los soleados destinos de Sharm el Sheik, Fuerteventura y Gran Canaria se añadirán en octubre de 2017.
Rovaniemi – cerca del Círculo Polar Ártico
La capital de la región de Laponia, en el norte de Finlandia, se encuentra a sólo ocho kilómetros al sur del Círculo Polar Ártico. Rovaniemi is the economic center of Finnish Lapland. The most northern university in Europe is located there. The city center is easy going and situated next to the water. The works of the famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto populate the city’s skyline. City hall, library and the Lappia Hall theatre were designed by him. Also worth a visit is Arktikum – a museum that retells the history of the indigenous people of Lapland, the Sami, all the way from the Stone Age to today.
