Korean Air is getting ready to welcome more passengers onboard for the summer season with bigger aircraft and more flights.
The airline is updating its Boeing 747-400 air service for the summer. It will be using a 365-seater on its Seoul Gimpo-Jeju route from June 1 through September 14, and a 404-seater aircraft on its routes to Seoul Gimpo-Jeju, Seoul Gimpo-Shanghai, Seoul Incheon-Bangkok, Seoul Incheon-Beijing, and Seoul Incheon-Shanghai Pu Dong.
Además, la aerolínea planea aumentar su servicio Seúl Incheon-Barcelona de 3 a 4 vuelos semanales a bordo de un avión 787-9, así como un vuelo diario en su ruta Seúl Incheon-Vancouver.
Se utilizará un avión más grande durante el verano para sus rutas Seúl Incheon-Madrid y Seúl Incheon-Toronto, cambiando de un 787-9 a un 789.
